What is Tamara?
Tamara is a payment method that allows customers to divide their invoice into 3 or 6 installments with no interest.
How do installment payments work?
It’s simple. We divide your total invoice into 3 or 6 installments. The first installment is paid at the time of purchase, and the remaining installments are paid over two or five months depending on your choice of the number of installments.
Are there any fees or interest?
Not at all. You will pay the same product amount without any changes. There is no profit charged to the customer. Tamara earns revenue by charging the merchant a service fee for using Tamara.
How long does the purchase take?
A very short time, just like any other purchase.
All we need from you is your mobile number and a valid bank card (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay).
Will the amount be charged or reserved at the time of purchase?
No, the amount will never be charged without your consent.
How can I pay?
You pay via the Tamara app or website (do not pay the store directly).
Simply log in using the mobile number you registered with, then choose any convenient payment method: Mada, credit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
What happens if I delay a payment?
A monthly fee of 25 will be applied, with a maximum total of 150 SAR.
We encourage you to always pay on time and will remind you after purchase and before the final due date.
