You may exchange any gift, Arabic‑style decorative item or handcrafted piece purchased from Zarkshat within seven (7) days of receipt. Exchanges requested after this period will not be permitted.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories (if any), and proof of purchase must be provided. Zarkshat reserves the right to inspect the item before approving the exchange.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item for exchange. For international exchanges, the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.
If the item is defective or not as described, Zarkshat will cover shipping costs and offer an exchange or compensation accordingly.
Exchanges are not allowed in the following cases:
Items custom‑made or tailored to the customer’s specifications, unless defective or not as described.
Items that have been used, opened, or altered (for example, an Arabic decor piece installed or altered).
Items damaged due to customer misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Digital items or downloads (not covered under this exchange policy).

You may return an item within seven (7) days from receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, with proof of purchase. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
The customer bears the shipping costs associated with the return. In the case of international returns, the customer covers all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.
If the item is defective or not as described, you can choose an exchange or a full refund, and Zarkshat will bear the shipping cost in this case.
